The National Engineering Laboratory for Tire Design and Manufacturing Technology, led by Triangle Group and approved by the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC), represents the highest level of research and innovation in China’s tire industry. Established to advance independent innovation, it is the only national laboratory of its kind in the tire sector.

Our Mission
The laboratory focuses on closing the gap in high-end tire technologies by developing breakthroughs in tire design, advanced manufacturing processes, new materials, and performance testing. It plays a key role in setting industry standards, driving innovation, and cultivating top talent for the future of tire engineering.

Capabilities
Covering more than 15,000 square meters, the facility is equipped with 160 advanced testing and analysis systems, including cutting-edge labs for rolling resistance, performance simulation, and digital tire design. It is internationally recognized, certified by TÜV Rheinland and TÜV SÜD, and serves as a benchmark for tire testing in China.
